SkyCity are excited to be transforming the Victoria Street Plaza into a vibrant social space, garden bar and eatery for 12 weeks of summer!

The Summer Garden will be a safe, comfortable, eating and drinking space for friends, families, tourists and locals to meet, relax and soak up the atmosphere around New Zealand's most iconic structure.

Serving coffees in the morning and delicious cocktails in the afternoon, it will become your go to spot for morning meetings, festive lunches and a well-deserved drink or ice cream at the end of your busy day!

You will be an enthusiastic and skilled professional with a passion for preparing high quality food, providing extraordinary customer service, be able to work autonomously, while maintaining high standards.

You will also :

At least 2 years' experience in a Commi Chef position

NZQA level 4 qualification in cookery or minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen

Complete basic food hygiene certificate

Able to work on a section alone
