Stellar has partnered with an end-to-end construction and land development specialist delivering high-quality residential, commercial, industrial, and subdivision projects across New Zealand. Our client manages the full scope of development work.

Due to growth they are looking for a experienced  Development / Construction Manager to lead the initiation, management, and completion of commercial property development projects.

This position is across both residential & commercial construction developments, to be successful you will need experience across both sectors.

To be successful in this position you will have 7+ years property development in New Zealand

• Please note, this position is based in the Hawkes Bay and will require relocation
