Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Growth & Strategy

Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Sales & Lead Generation

Generate new leads and business inquiries through networking, cold calls, and industry events.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer retention.

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Provide customized solutions to meet client needs and expectations.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

4. Partnership & Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align business goals.

Develop strategic alliances and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Work with internal teams to improve customer experience and service offerings.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.

Prepare and present weekly / monthly business reports to senior management.

Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage sales activities.
