About the RoleYou'll be the key link between our suppliers, project managers, and, at times, clients – making sure everything runs smoothly and profitably from contract through to Code of Compliance.
This role is heavily focused on pricing and contract management, so attention to detail is a must.
We use Buildertrend as our project management system, so experience with it (or similar software) will be a big plus.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate with suppliers, project managers, and occasionally clientsPrepare quotes, purchase orders, and job pricingReview back-costing and identify efficienciesManage contract variations and draft detailed addendumsOversee materials, supply acquisition, and consent documentationAssist with subdivision and title processingWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in residential construction and confidence reading building plansStrong organisational and time management skillsGreat communication skills – written, phone, and face-to-faceAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work well under pressure and adapt in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with Buildertrend or similar construction project management software (preferred)Why Fowler Homes?
