Join TSB as a Property Operations Specialist and play a key role in delivering high-quality property services across our network.
Working closely with the Property Operations Manager, you'll ensure all property-related activities meet our standards, policies, and procedures.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for the front-line delivery of property services, including both reactive and planned maintenance.
A strong focus on Health, Safety, and Security is essential, ensuring our environments remain safe and compliant at all times.
The successful candidate must be able to work on site in New Plymouth at least four days per week.
This role also includes participation in a rostered on-call system to respond to after-hours emergencies and security requirements as needed.
What You'll Bring
At least 3 years' experience in an administrative or similar role, ideally within property, facilities, or the built environment
Proven skills in operational excellence, planning, and stakeholder management
Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements
Good physical fitness and a full NZ driver's licence
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across a wide audience
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining TSB's premises, including asset and lease support, insurance data collation, and business interruption planning
Support the upkeep of property agreements, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and terms are kept up to date
Help coordinate and maintain TSB's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are safe and operational
Coordinate daily property activities and on-site works, responding effectively to requests and optimising property processes and procedures
Ensure building compliance and that all premises meet TSB's Physical Security, Risk, and Health & Safety standards, while supporting our net zero environmental commitments
Proactively respond to urgent property, security, or health and safety incidents to protect staff, customers, and contractors
Maintain accurate records for all property, vehicle, and asset work, ensuring contract management requirements are met and work in progress is visible
Ensure value for money from suppliers, contractors, and service providers, maintaining strong relationships with key third parties
