70 carpenters for a variety of projects in the Northland area, offering top dollar for the right people.

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour with Weekly pay30 hours per week guaranteedFull PPE ProvidedOpportunities for training and upskillingThe position is full-time with a permanent employment agreementAbout the roleOur clients have a variety of work available starting straight away.

Everything from large commercial jobs where you will need previous formwork, steel, and concrete experience, right through to high end residential work, where framing, interior, and exterior cladding will be required.

The maximum amount of hours per week is 55 hours.What we are looking forThree years experienceOwn toolbelt and power toolsBe fit with a great work ethicValid Site Safe advantageous (but not essential)Have excellent knowledge of Health and Safety PracticesTasksOrdering and selecting timbers and materials, and preparing layoutsCutting materials, assembling, and nailing cut and shaped partsErecting framework, panelised systems and roof framing, laying sub-flooring and floorboards, and verifying trueness of structuresNailing fascia panels, sheathing roofs, and fitting exterior wall cladding and door and window framesAssembling prepared wood to form structures and fittings ready to installCutting wood jointsTrade Assist will ensure you are respected, valued and rewarded for your hard mahi - We\'ve got you!
