Programme Coordinator (Fixed Term until 31 July 2026)
We are working through an unprecedented and complex period of change as we deliver a significant project to transition internal water services - including assets, service delivery and staff to a new operating model.
This programme represents a major organisational shift, requiring strong coordination, clear communication and a proactive approach to managing change.
Responsibilities
Support the Programme and Change Manager with accurate, timely and detail-focused assistance to ensure programme tasks are planned, tracked and delivered efficiently.
Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to build trust and keep everyone informed of progress.
Coordinate meetings, manage follow-up actions and escalate emerging risks or issues promptly to support confident and informed decision-making.
Prepare reports, maintain templates and format key programme documents, requiring a strong eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to produce meaningful insights that support the Programme Manager.
Qualifications / Experience
Strong coordination and proactive approach to managing change within fast-paced environments.
Clear and professional communication with stakeholders and ability to build trust.
Experience with meetings management, follow-up action tracking and reporting, and data-driven document formatting.
