CXO Capability Lead
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Capability Lead
to drive enterprise-wide excellence among our
Product Ownership (CXO)
community through capability building initiatives and driving consistency and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Capability Building :
Develop and implement structured frameworks, resources and learning pathways to support the growth and performance of CXO (Product Owners) and CXLs (CXO Leads).
Performance Tracking :
Ensure consistency and measurable uplift in CXO effectiveness and maturity across the enterprise.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Build and maintain excellent relationships by partnering with leadership teams to ensure CXO / CXL's are empowered and able to deliver business value.
Continuous Improvement :
Identify gaps and implement strategies to support and train individuals through fostering a community of excellence
What Do I Need to Be Successful?
Deep expertise in Agile Product and Customer Experience ownership with a proven track record in complex environments.
Previous success in coaching and driving capability uplift with the ability to build confidence and skill across a diverse group of individuals.
Experience in designing and executing learning pathways, frameworks, and development plans.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple business areas and levels
Illustration of deep knowledge in agile delivery, particularly within a product / experience ownership environment.
