Te Mata Estate is expanding our Visitor Experience programme and we're looking for energetic, curious people to join our team.
From November to February, you'll be part of sharing world-class Hawke's Bay wine with visitors from around the globe.If you love wine, hospitality, and connecting with people, this is your chance to turn that passion into something special.

You'll manage guest reservations and experiences, lead our Visitor Experience team, and ensure everything runs seamlessly – from coordinating tastings to encouraging wine sales and club sign-ups.
Hospitality or Front of House experience is key (think bar / restaurant, café service, or cellar door management).
Wine HostsThe storytellers.
You'll bring our wines and estate to life through tastings, tours, and heritage experiences.
