Catering Assistant

To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.Based at Mid Argyll Hospital, Lochgilphead, you will be required to prepare, cook and serve a wide range of dishes, including therapeutic diets, for patients, staff, visitors and hospitality.Organise the work rotas and supervise the Catering Assistant's in all aspects of the delivery of the Catering service.You will ensure safe working practices are followed in accordance with Health & Safety and COSHH.

Follow departmental guidelines in respect of HACCP system.
