Job description3+ years of backend engineering experience, including production Go development Proven track record in product engineering roles at startups or growth-stage companies Strong architectural intuition : experience with data modeling, API design, and schema strategy Understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data flows Solid foundation in relational databases and backend system design Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams Familiarity with Svelte, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, or adjacent technologies Experience with fatigue risk, performance analytics, or similar mission-critical domains Make Your Mark : Your work directly enhances safety and performance in industries where seconds matter.
