Join the University of Auckland's Human Resources team for a fixed‑term opportunity as an HR Services Consultant, providing end‑to‑end transactional support across employment processes. The role is open until February 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing employment variations, parental leave, secondments, and resignations.
• Supporting onboarding processes and issuing employment agreements through HR systems.
• Monitoring non‑advertised recruitment and assisting with hiring‑related queries.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and liaising with Payroll for record accuracy.
• Providing advice and informal training to staff on HR systems.
• Identifying and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation

Band E with an annual salary range of $62,400 to $70,000 (full‑time).
