• ) for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) in the Away from Home team.

You'll be the face of CCEP within your territory, providing exceptional customer service, visiting customers on a regular call cycle, and driving growth within each store while covering multiple colleagues' patches when they are on leave or unwell.ResponsibilitiesIncrease sales volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed.Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers to grow their business and CCEP's results.Identify new opportunities and focus on new business acquisition.Use a strategic, forward-thinking selling approach to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional results for both customers and CCEP.Collaborate with the wider team and support your patches while on leave or absence coverage.About You / QualificationsEnergy, motivation, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt to changing demands and be well planned and efficient in your approach.Strong relationship-building skills with a variety of customers; experience in sales and customer service is required.FMCG experience is not required, but is a bonus.Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success.BenefitsFree monthly product allowances to share with family and friends.Tool of trade vehicle.Access to wellbeing program (gym subsidy, proactive healthcare, medical insurance, and EAP helpline).
