About the Role
As the Territory Manager for the South Island, you will take ownership of an established portfolio across surgical specialties. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital procurement to drive product adoption and deliver on sales targets.
Key responsibilities :
- Managing and growing existing accounts across public and private hospitals
- Identifying new business opportunities within the surgical and endoscopic space
- Supporting surgeons and theatre staff with product education, training, and clinical case support
- Developing and executing a territory sales plan aligned with national strategy
- Providing feedback from the field to support product development and innovation
About You :
Proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare sales (OR / surgical environment preferred)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong clinical acumen and the ability to provide in-theatre supportA self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously across a large geographic territoryBased in Christchurch and willing to travel regularly throughout the South IslandFull NZ driver’s licenceNZ Resident or CitizenWhat you get in return :
