Workshop Manager

We’re on the hunt for a confident, hands-on Workshop Manager to lead a high-energy production team in Ashburton. You’ll be the vital link between the workshop floor and the production office — driving workflow, motivating your team, and ensuring operations run smoothly. What you’ll be doing

• Lead and inspire a team of 15+ operators in a busy fabrication environment
• Plan production schedules, coordinate deliveries, and meet lead-times
• Manage maintenance scheduling without disrupting production
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and efficient workshop
• Champion health & safety and the company’s positive, can-do culture
• Communicate clearly across teams to ensure targets and quality are achieved
