What You'll Do

Keep job records accurate and up to date

Manage parts returns and warranty claims

Enter timesheets and support payroll processes

Monitor WIP and budget vs actual reporting

Help the Service Manager and team keep the department running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Sharp eye for detail and excellent time management

Administration experience (workshop or service background an advantage)

Confident with Microsoft Office and business systems

Able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment

Current Class 1 driver's licence
