We are currently seeking a dedicatedSales and ServiceManager (Department Manager) to joinour experienced and passionate Ashburton management team!

As part of a small team of Department Managers reporting through to our Assistant Store Manager you will enjoy the benefits of a wider support network both in store and regionally.

As theSales and Service Manager you will :

  • Drive department sales and take full ownership for the teams sales performance
  • Manage, coach, develop and motivate team to exceed sales budgets
  • Liaise with VM to ensure all visual elements (banners, windows, hot spots) are in place, on time before store opening
  • Implement & communicate promotional plans for upcoming events

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate :

  • Previousexperience in a similar position (Store Manager small store or Department Manager medium to large store)
  • Strong sales coachingexperience
  • Excellent team management experience - can motivate and coach a team to improve sales results

    • This positionwill involve weekend work and flexibility for early starts as part of the management roster.

    If you are up to the challenge of being a hands on Department Manager who knows how to lead and motivate your team, build a positive culture, control stock flow, manage reserves and daily merchandising and assist with loss prevention, then we are keen to speak with you.
