Job Description

The role

In this newly created opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams to integrate change management activities and ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes. You will focus on the people side of change, by preparing, supporting and equipping our people and supporting leaders.

As our Change Lead you will be responsible for :

  • Working alongside project teams and key leaders to develop and implement comprehensive change aligned with the organisation’s vision and goals
  • Conducting thorough change impact assessments to understand current state as well as identifying potential risks and opportunities for all organisational change projects
  • Developing Alpine’s change management principles and methodologies
  • Managing and leading the Transformation Academy – Alpine’s forum for capability build and connection for Project owners

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience (Usually 5+ years) as a Change Manager or Transformation Manager, leading complex change initiatives in large organisations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change strategies, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Experience in performance measurement and reporting, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Nice to haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
