About the role
We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Training Coordinator to join our team at Silver Fern Farms Pareora.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading site training programmes, from onboarding and on-job training through to external training delivery. You’ll ensure compliance requirements are met, records are maintained, and training is effective, consistent, and engaging. You’ll also play a key part in coaching and supporting trainers and buddy trainers, building capability across the site, and ensuring our people are safe, skilled, and confident in their work.
