As the Front of House Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery of our client\'s premises.

This dynamic role requires strong customer service skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Working onsite for our global technology client in their modern offices in Auckland CBD.ResponsibilitiesGreeting and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitorsEvents managementManaging access badges and maintaining security protocolsHandling incoming calls and managing mail and couriersCoordinating meeting room requirements and assisting with event planningAssisting with general administrative tasks and supporting the team as neededMaintaining documentation and performing daily inspections of premisesBuilding and developing effective client and stakeholder relationshipsEnsuring the site\'s financial operations meet targets and compliance requirementsImplementing and maintaining operational procedures and best practicesAssisting with stock take and replenishmentManaging IT assets and coordinating hardware distributionWhat you will bringThis is a perfect role for someone coming from hospitality, retail or any other customer service / administration based role who is wanting to take their first or next step in the corporate world!
