What you’ll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana
This busy and varied role will see you managing the oversight of the booking and use of our meeting rooms, maintaining office and stationery supplies, arranging equipment servicing, and building repairs, taking responsibility for meeting bookings and minutes taking.
You will also be responsible for other administration duties required to ensure the smooth running of the centre, including working with Security to ensure that all visitors and contractors to the sites are inducted correctly, maintaining health and safety standards is a big focus of the role.
This will include fleet management (car repairs and WOF) and pick up of catering and transportation.

$61,466.00 - $73,903.00 (starting salary depends on relevant skills, experience, and knowledge).
