Are you a passionate and positive self-starter who is looking for a new challenge?

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer based in Otahuhu who will provide national support for the Service Group.

As an Administration Officer you will demonstrate a high level of competence in a wide range of administrative tasks including supporting the needs of multiple managers and workgroups across the country and day-to-day administrative and operational needs of a dedicated building.

In addition, you will possess well developed interpersonal and communication skills and be self-managing.

Key Accountabilities

General administrative support for the group nationally (including liaison with applicable parties to organise travel, accommodation, venue bookings and / or messing arrangements as required)

Demonstrate initiative and accountability

Be competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Managing the administration email box for the Service Group

Excellent at time management and prioritising

Ability to manage day to day office systems

Manage meeting coordination and related correspondence including actions

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,256 and $66,312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role
