Workplace and Administration Support OfficerTe Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe're looking for a Workplace and Administration Support Officer to deliver professional support services to NZTA staff, enabling them to succeed in their core business.
In this role, you'll manage workplace functions and provide either administration and / or travel coordination support, contributing to the smooth operation of our office's.Key responsibilities include : Maintaining a high standard of core building and office facilitiesCompleting workplace requests, and provide first level site support including digital and technical supportSupporting site health and safety, including building site inductions and orientationsSupporting our office security procedures and processesSupporting day to day fleet managementProviding professional visitor management servicesProviding professional administrative services, including meeting and event support, document preparation, and invoice processingCompleting domestic and international travel bookings ensuring policy compliance, working closely with our travel management provider and NZTA travel teamWe are seeking to appoint at a salary between $65,278 - $75,585 commensurate with skills and experience.Ko koe tenei | About youTo thrive in this role, you'll bring : Experience in facilities support, administration, and travel coordinationStrong customer service and communication skills, ability to prioritise, and thrive in a fast paced environmentA clean NZ driver licence, and confidence driving a range of passenger vehiclesStrong Microsoft Office and digital skills, with technical problem-solving skills, and confidence in learning new systemsAbility to work well in a team and take accountability for self-developmentYou will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori.
