Youll also provide advice and support to the Payroll and wider People & Culture teams on any process changes resulting from system updates.This position is pivotal to maintaining payroll integrity and employee trust across our organisation.Please visit the position description here .

Confident navigating complex systems, youll ensure payroll configuration changes meet legislative and compliance requirements, maintain data accuracy, and follow robust system processes.As a subject matter expert, youll lead testing and quality assurance, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, support team capability building, liaise with vendors, and contribute to projects that strengthen payroll integrity and reduce risk.SkillsA relevant tertiary qualification (IT, Business, or similar)5+ years experience in a large, complex payroll environmentSound knowledge of payroll legislation (Holidays Act
