We're on the lookout for a Business Solutions Specialist to help bring our Compliance initiatives to life. This role is all about ensuring new solutions are transitioned into production with the right frameworks, documentation, and knowledge in place, setting our teams up for success from day one.

You'll work closely with Compliance stakeholders and ICT teams including architecture, business analysts, and project members to deliver critical outcomes. From implementation to post-go-live support, you'll be the glue that keeps everything aligned, stable, and moving forward.

You're a connector, a problem-solver, and someone who thrives in the space between business and technology. You're confident navigating complex environments, translating requirements into action, and ensuring solutions are not only delivered, but embedded and supported. You'll also be able to :

• Collaborate with Compliance and ICT stakeholders to support the delivery of initiatives and ensure smooth transition into production
• Ensure frameworks, documentation, and knowledge transfer are in place to support long-term stability
• Provide post-implementation support to maintain continuity and performance of business-critical applications
• Identify gaps in systems and processes, recommend improvements, and manage change effectively
• Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes
• Communicate effectively across both technical and business audiences
• Deliver high-performing, highly available solutions in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
