Plan resources and allocate work assignments to team membersOrganise work activities for shift commencement and completionSupervise work performance to ensure cleaning and maintenance are carried out in accordance with organisational procedures and standardsInspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness level conforms to organisational standardsMonitor turnover of rooms to ensure housekeeping efficiencyCoordinate the maintenance of rooms, public areas and housekeeping equipmentMaintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipmentResolve guests' concerns and feedbackPropose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest experienceImplement innovation, improvement and sustainability plans for continuous improvementMonitor team's compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements on hygiene, and workplace safety and healthIdentify and monitor signs of potential security threats for appropriate follow-upExecute response and recovery actions during emergency situationsImplement loss and risk prevention policies and proceduresGenerate and interpret operations reports for management reportingProvide coaching and feedback to improve team performanceIdentify training needs and implement training plans to enhance team capabilitiesMonitor team performance and provide feedback for improvementRequirements
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.At least three years of experience in a reservations management role in the hotel industry.Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems.Understanding of revenue management principles and inventory distribution.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and OTA (Online Travel Agencies) channels.Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence.Strong critical thinking skills and conflict resolution abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
