About The Role

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and hands‑on team player to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. The role involves overseeing daily room servicing, managing stock levels, maintaining clear communication within the team, and supporting the Housekeeping Manager in meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily room servicing operations and supervise housekeeping staff.
  • Manage inventory stock levels and coordinate supply requisitions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and Housekeeping Manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction throughout the property.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • A “can do” attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Passion for providing fantastic service and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and a friendly, professional manner.
