Responsibilities
Full employee lifecycle support : recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding and HR collateral.
Produce employment documentation and maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
Use HR systems including Bamboo HR, Ready Employ ATS, Google Docs and support payroll with Datapay.
Report to the Director of Human Resources and work onsite at the school in Albany.
Flexibility through school holidays can be discussed as an option.
Qualifications
Experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Highly proficient with digital systems.
Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal.
Passion for working with people and desire to work in a school environment.
