    Based in Albany, Kristin Schoolis an independent, co-educational, non-denominational school with more than1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13. Kristin has over 350 staff fromour Early Childhood Centre to our Senior School, and is guided by the strongvalues of progress, vision, integrity and love.

    Our small, dedicated HR teamrequires administrative support for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment,onboarding, performance management, offboarding and HR collateral. This role isresponsible for producing employment documentation and maintaining accurateemployee records to ensure compliance and confidentiality. Systems we useinclude Bamboo HR, Ready Employ ATS, Google docs and support payroll with Datapay.

    This newly created role, reportsto the Director of Human Resources, and is based onsite at the school in Albany. Flexibility through the school holidays canbe discussed as an option.

    We are seeking a team playerwith a great sense of humour with the following skills :

    • Experience as a HR Administratoror similar role
    • Strong organisational skillsand attention to detail
    • High level of confidentialityand discretion
    • Highly proficient with digitalsystems
    • Excellent communications skills– both written and verbal
    • Passion for working with peopleand desire to work in a school environment.
