Windsor Energy is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage the development and sale of complex engineering solutions for our clients.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business, preparing and pricing winning technical solutions, and ensuring our clients' needs are met with excellence and integrity.Key responsibilitiesLead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, collaborating with engineering, vendors, and commercial teams.Manage early-stage engineering design (FEED) and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) projects.Visit client sites, understand their process energy needs, and develop tailored solutions.Assist with marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences and promotional materials.Ensure all work meets Windsor's high standards for safety, quality, and engineering excellence.To be successful in this role, you will be someone who is a strong communicator, who can lead a solution and get buy-in from others and thrives in dynamic situationsYour skills and backgroundBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or equivalent experience in operations.Experience in process, technical, or manufacturing applications.Knowledge of industrial thermal plant and steam systems.Excellent organizational, time management, and report-writing skills.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and present professionally.Sales and estimating experience is desired but not essential.Membership in a professional engineering body (e.g., MEngNZ).
