You will also provide backend support for the booking platform, including availability management, iCal synchronization, lead dashboard development, and workflow automations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API integrations and a passion for enhancing guest experiences through technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for an AI-powered chatbot
• Integrate APIs such as OpenAI, WhatsApp Cloud, Stripe, Google Sheets, and Notion
• Implement personalized itinerary generation and automated booking workflows
• Build and support availability management and iCal synchronization features
• Create and maintain a lead dashboard for tracking and managing guest inquiries
• Set up and optimize automations using tools like Make or Zapier
• Ensure seamless integration with the hospitality website and booking system
