Under the guidance of legendary Chef Gerhard Gerber, our menu showcases seasonal New Zealand produce, including fresh seafood, premium meats, and organic vegetables, paired with a curated selection of New Zealand's finest wines and global distilled spirits.As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating memorable dining moments for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include : Taking guest orders accurately, tailoring to preferences.Mastering the menu and recommending food / drinks to elevate dining.Serving food and drinks efficiently with professionalism.Providing outstanding service, engaging warmly and exceeding expectations.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate : A warm and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar role.A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
