With clean lines in glass, stone and timber, Matakauri's own take on luxury is understated and welcoming, embracing guests and championing the mountainscape.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do : We are looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our fantastic team.

You will work alongside one of the most professional Food & Beverage teams in the country and be exposed to a wide range of food styles from our daily changing menu.

In addition, you will -Manage and adapt to individual guest requests and preferencesEnsure dining areas are prepared to our standards prior to each serviceAttend the daily Service briefings, to ensure you are knowledgeable about our daily changing menusUsing our Point-of-Sale system, ensuring accurate transactionsWorking alongside the kitchen team and restaurant team to maintain a cohesive serviceWork different shifts covering breakfast and lunch or dinner servicesMake coffees, cocktails and serve other beverages (including wine)Provide an exceptional service through your knowledge and passion for delivering a memorable dining experienceBenefitsWhat we offer : We offer competitive wages, delicious associate lunches and access to our Associate Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.

In addition, we endeavour whenever possible to provide you with 2 days in a row off each week.Due to our private and remote location, you will need to have your own reliable transport.
