Key responsibilities will be : Assist in managing the daily operations and help deliver the best guest experienceLead and mentor the Restaurant team alongside the Restaurant Manager and create help shape a collaborative cultureImplement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency delivery of the highest standards of serviceAssisting of the management of the team when required, rosters, daily briefings, recruitment and onboardingLiaise with the other departments in the hotel on a daily basis to ensure smooth operationsWhat you will bringA background in fine dining and wine service is essentialPrevious senior level / supervisory Food and Beverage experience in boutique lodges or 5 star properties, specifically managing VIP guest requirements.

Strong beverage (bartending, cocktail and wine) knowledgeAbility to train a team of mixed skill levelsExperience of Supervising busy operationsImpeccable personal groomingKnowledge and experience with Hospitality Management systemsStrong and effective communication skills, ability to establish relationshipsAbility to work accurately in a fast paced and dynamic environmentReliable, honest and engaged with excellent attention to detailThe right applicant must be self motivated, a team player and able to work well in a high pressure environment.What we offerWe offer an excellent work environment where promoting a positive work life balance is key to our success.
