We're looking for a Business Systems Coordinator to join our Kanoa – Regional Economic Development & Investment Unit.
This role is key to ensuring the integrity of our contract and document management systems and supporting the delivery of regional development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Managing data entry and accuracy across Kanoa systems, including the contract management system (CMS) and document management system.
Coordinating evidence and payments to ensure contract milestones are met and processed in line with guidelines.
Supporting Kanoa staff and regional agencies with monitoring and reporting of contractual activity.
Maintaining robust processes and collaborating across teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Skills and Experience Required
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work methodically and think analytically.
Great interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working across multiple systems.
Knowledge of public sector processes is an advantage.
You must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand and meet security clearance requirements.
