We’re looking for an exceptional individual to manage our bar. Could it be you?

You are an experienced bar manager with a valid LCQ and Manager’s License, and between 3-5 years of managing a high-performing team.

Running a successful bar comes naturally to you. You excel at providing excellent service, training and rostering your team, maintaining the bar's appearance, and planning for growth.

You lead your team effectively, ensuring they are well briefed, trained, and confident in their roles. You enjoy mentoring talent and take pride in your team's achievements.

You are familiar with established systems and processes, and at Lone Star, our Operations Manual is essential knowledge.

You have a passion for quality drinks and sharing your knowledge with guests. Your responsibilities include taking orders, recommending drinks, mixing cocktails, and serving NZ wines and craft beers.

Above all, you prioritize flawless service with a personal touch.
