• 2 x Permanent Part-time positions available
• 0.7 FTE (28 hrs per week) and 0.8 FTE (32 hrs per week)
• Rotating roster must be able to work Monday - Sunday, Morning, Afternoon and Nights.

• HealthcareAssistants are instrumental in providing care to patients and supporting theclinical team. As a Healthcare Assistant you will assist nursing staff withpatient cares whilst maintaining a safe and clean work environment on the ward.

• Ward14 based at Christchurch Hospital is a 24 bed ward that specialises in the careof Nephrology (including renal transplantation) and General Medicinepatients.
• AboutYou
• Weare seeking a Healthcare Assistant with a passion and commitment to thedelivery of high standard of care for the patients. Enthusiastic and motivated,you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoyworking in a fast paced, forward thinking, supportive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage well.
• A high attention to detail and the ability to relate to patients and their families.
• A good use of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ideally experience as a Hospital Aide or similar
