• About theRole
• Provide specialist care for older inpatients at Burwood Hospital. This is a sub-acute care and rehabilitation setting.
• Provision of general Geriatrics outpatient clinic
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to support older persons rehabilitation and complex geriatric care.
• Collaborate closely with acute services at Christchurch Hospital and community teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and teaching opportunities.

• OPHprovides care to approximately 87,000 older people across Canterbury.Christchurch inpatient services are based at Burwood Hospital (opened 2016),with community services at Princess Margaret Hospital and several satellitesites.
