Roster option 1 :

Standard shift : Sunday 6 : 00 AM–12 : 00 AM, Monday 6 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM, Tuesday 6 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM.

What you’ll do

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Support daily store operations by assisting customers.
• Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Champion Customer Service : Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure Store Accuracy : Maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock, conducting stocktakes, and meticulously performing all price integrity routines.
• Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation : Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
• Support Daily Operations : Collaborate effectively with the team and "swarm" to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
• Prioritise Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
