About the role
You\'ll be providing high quality administration support to authors who genuinely appreciate the importance of a great support person.
No two days are the same – you\'ll be involved in :
Drafting and formatting legal documents
Diary and email management
Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
File and document management
Monthly billing and general administration
Keeping the team running smoothly behind the scenes
About you
\'You\'ve got solid experience as an administrator
\'You\'re proactive, organised, and always one step ahead
You communicate well with people at all levels and enjoy being part of a team
\'You\'re detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in your work
You enjoy variety and are comfortable in a fast-paced legal environment
