Trust Administrator / Legal Executive - Private Wealth

We havean excitingand new opportunity within our firm for an experienced Trust Administrator / Legal Executive to join andsupport the growth of our collaborative Private Wealth team.

This role requires someone who isable to apply their experience to work proactively and take ownership of the role, by :

  • establishing processes and managing trust files.
  • maintaining and updating client records and trust databases.
  • managing trust compliance and trust / client onboarding procedures.
  • overseeing trustee appointments, scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
  • Liaising with and fostering relationships with our clients and trustees.
  • Drafting documents as well as general client correspondence.

Our ideal candidate will :

  • have proven experience in trust, wills and estates.
  • not be afraid of new technologies and able to think innovatively about new and efficient ways of working.
  • be organised, methodical and manage processes diligently from start to finish.
  • have strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • be able to build rapport with the team and clients with ease.
