Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor I

As a Learning and Development Advisor based at Rocket Lab’s site in Auckland, you will support the delivery of online learning solutions and create engaging online learning content to support the L&D Team. The role also involves management of our learning management system. To be successful, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and be a creative problem solver. Join a driven team tackling challenging projects, delivering on exciting missions, and making an impact on the future of space.

What you’ll get to do

• Design engaging and innovative training material.
• Provide advanced support to users navigating and utilising the LMS.
• Optimise the management and processing of L&D requests and queries.
• Assist with creation of new processes within the team to improve efficiency.
• Address ad hoc requests as reasonably required by the organisation.
