Learning & Development Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions that enhance skills, drive performance, and support the growth of our talented workforce.

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and leadership development courses.

Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and align learning solutions with business goals.

Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate training records and seamless user experiences.

Lead corporate compliance training to ensure alignment with global standards and industry regulations.

Support the development and implementation of apprenticeship programs to build a robust talent pipeline.

Analyze training outcomes, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance program effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions address real-world challenges and deliver measurable impact.

About You

Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, training, or a related role.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Experience in technical, production, or manufacturing environments (preferred).

Certification in training and development (advantageous).
