Inpatient Medical Social Worker - Whanau-Centred Care

A government health service provider is seeking an experienced Social Worker for the Wellington Regional Hospital.

The ideal candidate has a passion for helping patients navigate health and social care systems, works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, and has at least 3 years of practice in a health setting.
