• About the Role
• We have a rareopportunity for a 6 month contract for a care manager (social worker,occupational therapist, registered nurse) to cover a secondment. You will joina vibrant team delivering high quality mental health care to a diversepopulation.

• About you
• Able to work autonomously as well as contribute to the MDT.
• Creative, innovative thinking and problem solving.
• Application of best practice models of care.
• A willingness to learn and develop your practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and skilled in developing relationships with a variety of other professionals.
• Registered with the relevant board in New Zealand.
• You will have experience providing comprehensive assessments and risk management plans, formulating and articulating treatment needs and plans, and be able to coordinate and prioritise treatment needs.
