What you'll bring :

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience working with other services, including the wider community, DHB's and other Health Organisations
• A commitment to Te Ao Māori and the ability to lead with cultural awareness
• Strong team-building and mentoring skills
• A proactive, flexible approach and creative problem-solving
• Clinical experience in mental health and addiction

What you'll do :

• Inspire support and lead a team of 9-10 staff, including 4 clinicians
• Provide acute care in a supportive, homelike environment
• Work closely with community partners and other health providers
• Support people and their families through critical moments
• Collaborate as part of the wider Wellington leadership team
