Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead a team, optimize processes, and ensure efficient and safe handling of inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and safety.

Implement and maintain inventory control systems.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Plan and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.

Generate reports on warehouse performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Skills & Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Understand MS Office.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Need to have exposure to the cheese and dairy industry, and also understand specific handling, compliance, and storage requirements involved in our business

Benefits

Competitive salary $30 to $35 Per hour and working hours will be 30 to 40 hours per week.
