We have both permanent and fixed term opportunities for experienced Warehouse Team Leaders in Auckland to drive high performance and operational excellence across our Logistics operations.What you'll be doingAs Warehouse Team Leader, you'll lead a team of logistics professionals delivering warehousing, freight, tooling, and inventory services to both internal and external customers.

You'll ensure efficient, cost-effective operations while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.In this role, you will : Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team focused on safety, performance, and continuous improvementManage warehouse operations including staff supervision, resourcing, system improvements and emergency responseDeliver on KPIs and operational SLAs including stock integrity, availability, and inventory targetsChampion process innovation and digital tools to drive efficiency and reduce costOversee compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulationsWhat we're looking forTo succeed in this role, you'll bring : Strong communication skills and a commitment to developing talentA track record of performance delivery and continuous improvementAn understanding of inventory control, warehouse systems, and freight managementExperience managing health, safety and regulatory compliance requirementsBonus skills we'd love to see : SAP ExperienceAviation ExperienceDangerous Goods CertificationWhat we can offer youWe want our people to live their best lives and access great benefits that support their lives outside work.
