Warehouse Manager

$80k - $90k p.a. + attractive package, competitive (AUD)My client is a New Zealand owned and operated company, developing and manufacturing a broad range of polyurethane and epoxy resins, coatings and adhesives.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse team and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Monitor and improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS).

Requirements : Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role in a large manufacturing companyStrong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Why Join Them?
