As our Conduct Manager, you'll play a key role in upholding these values across the bank.Join us to help support a culture where doing the right thing is just how we do things.What you'll be doing : Maintaining and evolving our Fair Conduct ProgrammeSupporting the review and attestation process to ensure we're meeting regulatory obligationsPartnering with teams across the bank to track, report and improve conduct metrics including reporting to senior leaders on conduct activity and progressAdvising on continuous improvement initiatives and helping teams understand what good looks likeProviding training and guidance to help teams embed conduct principles into their everyday decisionsKo tatou tenei.
